The baseline has developed errors as the ecosystem has evolved.
Primarily lets update the baseline to be fixed later, however with a large number of prophecy errors lets import phpstan-prophecy as a dev requirement, and cleanup a few test related warnings to remove them rather than continuing to add to the baseline.
