Add support for data-georegions

Problem/Motivation

Cookiebot supports using an attribute called "data-georegions" to use different cbids in function of the region of the user. Right now, i have a custom module to add attribute, but it would be great to have this implemented in the module.

A simple approach would be to just add a simple textfield for adding the value manually, i think it should be enough. Later we can make it more complex if needed.
