Improve the get started experience

Problem/Motivation

We should improve the get-started experience. Either an event platform module like the event platform Olivero, or something to fill that void and provide a more straightforward starting point.

Steps to reproduce

Install the event platform bundle and then add the event horizon module.

Proposed resolution

Find a way to overcome the challenge with recipes and hook install, or have a module like event platform Olivero.
