Recipient is not added when in querystring and widget is automatic with tags

Problem/Motivation

When the recipient is in the URL query string (for example from profile page "send message" )
the recipient is not added to the recipients if the form display members widget is "autocomplete with tags".

When it is "private message members autocomplete, it works.
