Support custom date format for date column tokens.

Problem/Motivation

I cannot use a custom date format in tokens such as [node:field_dates:next_call:formatted:custom:m/d/Y]. I was expecting to be able to use the standard [node:field_dates:next_call:date:custom:m/d/Y] but saw the formatted bit in the code and started using it.

Proposed resolution

Support either the standard [node:field_name:column:date:*] chain or at least support [node:field_name:column:formatted:custom:*]

Not sure if merge request !116 is the ideal solution or just a solution but figured I would get it started so I had something to use for patch.
