Problem/Motivation

I get the following error when adding an image style effect to the parent:

Call to a member function getConfiguration() on array in responsive_image_style_builder_form_image_style_add_parent_effect_submit()

Steps to reproduce

Add a new responsive image style
Edit the parent image style (eg. test_default)
Add an effect (enable apply to derivative styles)

Proposed resolution

Resolve the error.
