Correct composer dependency declaration

While the module works with v2.28 of Drupal Commerce that allows earlier versions of Drupal core, branch 2.x has removed the dependency to jQuery once adding a dependency to Drupal core v9.2/10.0. While the module's info file reflects that, we need to update the composer.json file as well. Otherwise composer would allow installing branch 2.x on earlier Drupal versions causing errors.
