Not fully compatible with address module

Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

• enable address module
• enable disable_field module
• add an address field to a Content Type
• set both "Disable Field Settings" to "Disable for all users"
• add a new node
• check that location country field is still editable

Bear in mind that if you define a default value for the country, then the other fields appear in the form and they are indeed disabled. This module just does not disable the country select field. Not sure if this was intentional.
