Add composer.json to require the latest dev version of experience builder.

Problem/Motivation

Currently, when the dev release is downloaded using composer composer require 'drupal/xb_ai_assistant:1.0.x-dev@dev', the 0.2.0-alpha6 version of experience builder is getting downloaded. But the changes pushed in 🐛 Assistant not working with the latest version of XB Active will not work with the 0.2.0-alpha6 version. So add explicit dependency to the dev release of xb.
