Saving media with pdf upload

Update code to use the new function

    -public function saveImage(string $pathToImage, string $prefix = ''): array|string
    +public function save(string $pathToImage, string $prefix = ''): array
?>

and update composer.jons to precise the version used, this update is made for 3.0
