The module will not work with the 0.2.0-alpha6 version of experience builder. Could you try with the latest dev release of experience builder?

But, This pins the dependency to a specific commit, which prevents automatic updates and makes it harder to stay current with improvements and bug fixes in the module. To ensure ongoing compatibility and take advantage of new changes, we should instead use the latest dev-0.x branch.
