Count usages after removal to ensure all usages have been removed

Problem/Motivation

Extensive testing on a large site of the link remover tool has shown that there is the possibility the usages remain after the first run on the link remover. It'd be great if we can count once the batch has finished and tell the user that they might need to run it again to remove the final usages.

Steps to reproduce

Unfortunately we've not be able to isolate the cause of needing to rerun the link remover so this solution is a stop-gap.

Proposed resolution

Indicate that some usages remain after using the link remover.
