Function call "Trigger ECA Model"

Problem/Motivation

Models that contain the custom event, can only be triggered via a specific drush command. What if we allow an LLM to do that?

Proposed resolution

• Expose a Function Call that will list all models that contain that event
• Expose a Function Call that will trigger a model by the key that was present in the list of the previous call
