Deprecate this module

Problem/Motivation

There is no need for this module any longer. It was created on day 1 of ECA, long before we realized that the bpmn_io library from the same vendor is available for direct integration into Drupal's admin UI. The Camunda desktop client does not provide any feature that the bpmn_io client doesn't.

Also, the handling of external files is a huge overhead and likely causes issue in keeping files in sync, potentially leading towards loss of data.

We therefore shut down this module and no longer support it.
