Provide integration with coffee module

Problem/Motivation

Provide integration with coffee module.

If I have coffee installed, and I have a "SEO dashboard", I want to show a link to the dashboard when writing "SEO".
Also if I write "dashboard" I should see all the available dashboards.

Proposed resolution

Implement hook_coffee_commands.

Remaining tasks

Implement hook_coffee_commands.
Provide tests.

User interface changes

If coffee is installed, I can access my dashboards from there.
