Editing scenarios - URL path is not editable

I can't decide if this is something that should be editable at the Scenario level or should be controlled at the Profile level (which it currently isn't). The only place the test and reference URLs are editable are at the module config level. It no longer makes sense for that to be the only place for the URLs to be edited. I'll make the URL fields editable at the Profile level.

This issue is fixed in the latest version. The test_domain and reference_domain fields can be set at the module and Profile levels. The 'url' and 'referenceUrl' fields can also be edited at the Scenario level.
