Add composer to php environment to support project browser, automatic updates

Problem/Motivation

After installing Drupal CMS using nix run .#demo, you cannot download new packages or use automatic updates because PHP cannot find Composer in its path. The Status Report page shows these items:

Proposed resolution

Make sure the Composer path is added to the PHP-FPM runtime environment.

Set the PATH env variable to contain the path to the PHP environment, plus Rsync. Allowed env vars to be imported into php-fpm's environment.
