Agreed — we're on the way to releasing a stable version, and documentation is part of that release.
The quick start documentation does not leave a new user in a state that they can be sure they know what to do next. Yes, it helps the user install the module, but that is table stakes here.
Users will interact with the MCP server in a wholly unfamiliar way. We would benefit by providing a couple of prompts that the user can try with an AI to prove that everything is working and why having this working is valuable.
I suppose, bonus points here if the prompts work with and without Drupal assistant.
