Sample IXP engagement templates?

I was thinking that it might be super-valuable to provide sample "templates" to hiring organizations.

These templates could include a week-by-week suggested schedule for IXPs during the engagement. Something along the lines of a document or spreadsheet with sections for:

• Week #
• Technical skills development tasks
• Mentoring meetings and goals
• Contribution skills development tasks

Then for each week, in the "technical skills development tasks" section, we could provide a list of suggested goals for the IXP (install DDEV, get a specific project up-and-running locally, watch/read resources on skill 1, 2, 3, etc...)

There could be different templates for different length engagements and different starting IXP skill sets.

I'm not saying this idea is fully fleshed-out yet (far from it), but I'm thinking about the potential hiring organizations who are saying to themselves "what am I going to do with an IXP?"...

I think that organizations that have already hired new Drupal developers might be best suited to develop a template.
