Implicitly marking parameter as nullable is deprecated in PHP8.4

I have reviewed this module and am getting the following error on

Deprecated function: Drupal\bookmarks\Controller\BookmarksController::access(): Implicitly marking parameter $user as nullable is deprecated; the explicit nullable type must be used instead in include() (line 571 of vendor/composer/ClassLoader.php).
