Fix the TTS and SST Models

Problem/Motivation

Groq has released some TTS models + it has 3 whisper models - would be great to have those available as well.

Proposed resolution

Add these models + test them - make sure that they work.

Remaining tasks

- add tts models
- add sst models
- test both

- so I'll wait for a Review + Feedback + Merge.
