Module attempts to DELETE blocks where it has been applied

It turns out the when you try uninstall the module, it attempts to DELETE any blocks where it had been applied.

Worse still, it even tries to do that AFTER you have removed its application form a block...

Even after applying multiple drush cr commands so we cannot blame it on caching.

I don't see where there could possibly be any reason for the module to try to DELETE the blocks anyway, ALTER them for sure but not DELETE?

We have modified the module so that when the functionality in the block is disabled, its dependencies are removed.

Production build 0.71.5 2024
