syntax error, unexpected ':', expecting ')'

Problem/Motivation

After updating to 2.0.6 get the error
[error] ParseError: syntax error, unexpected ':', expecting ')' in Drupal\Core\Extension\Extension->load() (line 327 of /var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/addtoany/addtoany.module)

Steps to reproduce

Install 2.0.6 on a d9.5.11 site
