Feeds iCal should support Ludwig

Problem/Motivation

I have a site on a shared server and can't use composer, but I do have Ludwig and have created a ludwig.json file that works fine with Feeds iCal. Because the file is not included in the distribution I need to manually add it after every update. It would be helpful - and also expand the potential uses of the module - if a ludwig.json file were made part of the distribution. It would require minimal maintenance, just updates to keep that file synchronized with the composer dependencies.

No other changes would be needed.

I'm attaching the file I currently use (with a .txt extension to allow it to be uploaded).
