Apigee Connection stops working

Apigee X connection stops working last week. I am using a config file from a DeveloperAdmin user.

Steps to reproduce

Trying to sync my Apigee X connection I am getting this:
Failed to connect to the authorization server. Check the debug information below for more details. Error message: cURL error 7: Couldn't connect to server (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://oauth2.googleapis.com/token

Proposed resolution

Fix the connection with Apigee Organisation.
