When indexing content via Search AI using AI Search (Milvus VDB), content that triggers the "unsafe" AI moderation causes the error in the logs:
Drupal\ai\Exception\AiUnsafePromptException: The prompt was flagged by the moderation model
and it blocks the rest of the indexing. Instead of aborting the entire indexing operation, this issue should be logged, along with the node ID of the offending content, but the rest of the content should continue to be indexed.
