Cannot save node in preview

Problem/Motivation

When displaying a node in preview mode, the node cannot be saved.
When, instead, user clicks ['Back to content editing'], the following Error message appears:
"The content has either been modified by another user, or you have already submitted modifications. As a result, your changes cannot be saved."

Steps to reproduce

- create or edit a node with workflow field and either select/radios or action buttons.
- change a field, and for select/radios, change the workflow state
- press [Save], node is not saved, stays in preview mode -> not expected
- press ['Back to content editing'], error appears --> not excepted, node should go back to edit mode.
