Fix sending push notifications to multiple devices of a user

One user can subscribe with multiple devices for receiving push notifications on each device. The subscription are made correctly within the module, but only one of the devices (the first subscribed one) receives a push notification. We need to fix the code so each device receives a push notification of the user.
