When uploaded I get the right url but the file isn't uploaded

Hello
I manage to choose a file and it gets the right url (in google cloud).. but the file isn't uploaded to google cloud I am getting the following error when opening the file:
NoSuchKey
The specified key does not exist.

What could be??
