Created field shows on register form when the host entity is content and Commerce Registration is enabled

Problem/Motivation

If the Commerce Registration module is installed, the register form for content shows a Created field.

Steps to reproduce

Install and enable Commerce Registration and Entity Registration. Add a registration field to a content bundle and view a registration form for that content.

Proposed resolution

Revert back to `self::alterRegisterForm` so that the correct function is called. Due to a recent regression, `self` was changed to `static`.
