CSV Field 'Display a download link' setting not saving for Custom Blocks and Paragraphs

Problem/Motivation

The "Display a download link" setting in the CSV Field module does not save when the field is added to a Custom Block Type or Paragraph Type. The setting works as expected for Content Types, but reverts back when used with custom blocks or paragraphs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a custom block type and/or paragraph type and add a CSV Field to it.
2. Add the custom block or paragraph type to a page.
3. Under Display Configuration -> Uncheck the "Display a download link" checkbox.
4. Save the configuration.
5. The checkbox setting reverts back, and the download link is still visible.

Proposed resolution

The "Display a download link" option should save and prevent the CSV download link from appearing when the CSV field is used in custom block types or paragraph types.
