Text list as radio options widget needs to work in Page Data form

not categorizing as bug because this is not something that ever worked. XB is still being B'd

Overview

Currently a List (text) field formatted as radio options does not respond to clicks, etc.

We need to get that working & tested here. Getting it working with autosave/preview update can happen in a separate issue.

The xb_test_article_fields module adds a field to the article content type that reproduces this use case
