not categorizing as bug because this is not something that ever worked. XB is still being B'd
Currently, some date-related page data fields (such as date range or date time) using the datelist widget will validate as soon as one dropdown within the group has changed. Users ought to have the chance to enter all the values before being told they're doing it wrong.
