Users are experiencing problems with QR codes sent in emails. Approximately 50% of recipients report that their email clients are filtering out the QR code. This significantly reduces the effectiveness of the QR code feature and creates a poor user experience.
Modify the QR code delivery method by providing the QR code as a PDF attachment rather than embedding it directly in the email body.
Add checkbox “Attach QR code as a PDF to outgoing emails”
