Users without permission receive "is not a valid date" error

Problem/Motivation

When user doesn’t have a permission “Editorial workflow: Schedule XXX transition.“ and the content has scheduled transition, user cannot save it and receive an error

Steps to reproduce

1. create user A with permission “Editorial workflow: Schedule Archive transition.“
2. create user B without permission “Editorial workflow: Schedule Archive transition.“
3. User B create a content and save it with status “In review”
4. User A change status to “Published” and schedule transition to “Archive”
5. User B try to save node and receive Error “"2025-03-12 08:57" is not a valid date and time.“ and cannot save it
