Doesn't work with Layout Builder Browser

Problem/Motivation

When Layout Builder Modal is installed, adding a block doesn't appear in the modal.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install this module
2. Install Layout builder modal
3. Add a block from layout builder. The edit form appears in the default dialog and not the modal

Proposed resolution

need to update OverriddenBrowserController.php so it doesn't overwrite the 'Add block' link render array from Layout Builder Browser.

I don't think we need a twig template anymore. Just use a render array with '#type' => 'container'
