How to use documents such as PDFs

Problem/Motivation

For example, how can you use PDFs from kontainer in Drupal? Our tests with the media types Kontainer CDN, Kontainer Document or Kontainer File have not worked. At most one image of the PDF is stored in Drupal.
Regardless of whether the preferred media source is CDN or Media Storage, neither works.

Kontainer Video does not work either.

Is the problem known? Or is there a special configuration that is necessary for this to work?

yes, the plugin is only made for images as it is now.
