Condition not evaluating properly

Problem

I have a condition that is looking at the month for the start and end dates of a CiviCRM event. If they are the same month, it should print Mon Day - Day, Year. If they aren't the same, it should print Mon Day - Mon Day, Year.

So, for example:

Mar 14-16, 2025

Mar 29-Apr 3, 2025

This way, the month doesn't get repeated for events where there is only one month involved.

However, all of them are doing the second option and printing the month twice.
