Problem error with field alt

Problem/Motivation

I have a very strange error in the alt field, "" is automatically entered as the value, and when I edit it, the same thing happens. I already debugged everything, but the alt is not displayed in the embed code either. I tried to debug, but I can't find where "" is entered.
