Gin Sticky Actions conflicts with TMGMT Forms

Problem/Motivation

The TMGMT Request translation buttons became invisible when Gin's Sticky action buttons are enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Gin theme and set it as Administration theme
2. Enable Gin's Enable sticky action buttons option
   
3. Install TMGMT module and enable it
4. Edit a content type and enable the Enable translation option
   
5. Create a node of said content type and go to the Translate tab

Expected:

Actual result:

1. The Request translation is not visible

Proposed resolution

Add the TMGMT forms to the ignore list of the Sticky Actions behavior.
