Adds an invalid dependency node_type_class

Problem/Motivation

When a content type form is saved, even without a value; this module adds a dependency to the content type. The dependency doesn't exist.

It attaches a library but this module doesn't have a libraries file:

library => node_type_class/node_type_class.classes
