element.chosen is not a function

Problem/Motivation

Once downloaded and installed on Drupal 11, if I apply chosen to a select the console returns the error "element.chosen is not a function". Library is detected and I have no errors on status page.
I tried with node fields and also with custom forms made by custom modules.

Steps to reproduce

Just install and test on Drupal 11, my Drupal version is 11.1.3
