Offer an option to rebuild the access records only for a specific bundle

Problem/Motivation

When the command is run, per description and design it rebuilds progressively the access records for all the nodes. In cases of 100s of thousands / millions of nodes, this will take too much time and will be unnecessary.

Proposed resolution

An (optional) option on the drush command could restrict the rebuild only on a specific bundle.

Remaining tasks

• Discuss on the issue whether such a functionality would be useful/desirable, and possible implications.
• If agreed, implement.
