Shared accounts cannot create events

Problem/Motivation

Right now, shared accounts cannot create events. This might be useful in the case of organizations organizing events for the community, so editing the event can be done via the shared account.

Steps to reproduce

Try to create an event with a shared account. You can't.

Proposed resolution

Allow shared accounts to create events.
