Webform payment mandatory and processed even in submission edit

Problem/Motivation

The Stripe Webform Payment component is still visibile and mandatory when in edit of a webform submission so it's not possible to edit values from the submitted form without processing a new payment

Steps to reproduce

Submit a form then go to edit

Proposed resolution

If in edit of a submission, the element must not be rendered at all

Tested on Drupal 10.4.3 + Webform 6.2.9
