Problem/Motivation

phpstan can't find warmer classes: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/warmer_block/-/jobs/4546902

It might be because we require warmer in warmer_block.info.yml and not in composer.json.

It looks like adding module dependencies to composer.json is indeed required: ✨ Install contrib module dependencies specified in info.yml file (when no composer.json file exists) Closed: won't fix
