Expose APM client version and app name in new_relic_rpm_requirements()

Problem/Motivation

This ticket proposes two enhancements on this module's reporting on the Status Report page:

  1. Instead of simply displaying "Exists", display the APM client version.
  2. Display the app name.

Proposed resolution

Update new_relic_rpm_requirements().
