Incorrect layout when using a 'Text (formatted, long, with summary)' field with the 'Multiple values' option enabled.

Problem/Motivation

When using the Text (formatted, long, with summary) field type with the "Allowed number of values" option more than one in the "Claro" theme, the layout appears incorrect on the entity add/edit form. The field UI does display incorrectly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install a clean Drupal with the Node module and Claro theme.
2. Navigate to Structure → Content types → Article → Manage fields.
3. Edit the Body field and change "Allowed number of values" option to unlimited/or more than one.
4. Save the configuration.
5. Go to Content → Add content → Article.
