[META] Track: Community

Meta issue for tracking the Community Track.

To create a new meeting:

1. Add a child issue
2. Set the Category as: Task
3. Set the Component as: Courses
4. Assign to the Task to a lead
5. Include the following items:
   • Summary of the thing
   • List of Action items
