Add IP as hostname to log messages when request blocked

Problem/Motivation

The Crowdsec middleware may block an IP when that's the result of the upstream IP verification. This prints the IP address in the log message, but it should also be output as the hostname in watchdog.

Proposed resolution

Add the IP as the hostname to the watchdog record.
